At Nashville Floral Company, we take immense pride in the quality and freshness of our floral designs. We are committed to ensuring every arrangement we deliver meets the high standards our customers expect.
1. Our Freshness Guarantee
Because fresh flowers are perishable goods, they require proper care. We guarantee the freshness of our arrangements for a period of 3 days from the time of delivery, provided they are kept in a suitable environment away from direct heat and sunlight.
2. Reporting Issues
f you are dissatisfied with the quality of your arrangement, we want to know. Please contact Nashville Floral Company within 24 hours of delivery. To help us assess the situation and improve our service, we kindly ask that you:

- Provide your order number.
- Include a clear photograph of the arrangement as it was received.
3. Returns and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept physical returns of floral arrangements. However:
- If an arrangement is found to be defective or fails to meet our freshness standards, Nashville Floral Company will, at our discretion, provide a replacement of equal value or offer a credit toward a future order.
- Replacements are subject to floral availability.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Nashville Floral Company. In cases where a resolution or replacement is not possible, a refund may be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the financial institution to reflect the transaction.
5. Cancellations
- Standard Orders: Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
- Weddings & Events: Cancellations for large-scale event orders are subject to the terms outlined in your specific Service Agreement or Contract.
6. Delivery Issues
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or the recipient being unavailable, Nashville Floral Company cannot be held responsible for the freshness of the flowers. We will make every effort to redeliver or coordinate a secure drop-off, but additional delivery fees may apply.
