Same-Day Flower Delivery
Nashville Floral Company proudly offers same-day flower delivery throughout our service area.
- Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time are eligible for same-day delivery and are typically delivered within approximately 3 hours of order confirmation.
- Orders Placed After 1:00 PM: Orders received after 1:00 PM Central Time will be scheduled for delivery on the next available business day.
Delivery Hours
Deliveries are generally made throughout the day based on chauffeur routing, traffic conditions, weather, and delivery volume. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless special arrangements have been made, we make every effort to deliver orders as promptly as possible.
Specialized Delivery Protocols
- Hospital Deliveries: Flowers will be delivered in accordance with hospital policies and recipient availability. Please note that certain hospital units may restrict floral deliveries.
- Business Deliveries: These are typically completed during normal business hours. We encourage customers to provide complete business names, suite numbers, and recipient information to avoid delays.
Residential Deliveries: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our chauffeur may:
- Leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate.
- Leave the arrangement with a receptionist, concierge, or neighbor.
- Contact the recipient to coordinate delivery.
- Reschedule delivery if necessary.
Delivery Delays
Occasionally, weather conditions, traffic, holidays, special events, or circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding during these situations.
Peak Holiday Periods
During high-volume holidays—including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and Administrative Professionals Day—same-day delivery availability may be limited. We strongly recommend placing your orders well in advance during these periods.

We currently deliver throughout Nashville, Donelson, Hermitage, Antioch, Cane Ridge, Smyrna, La Vergne, Murfreesboro, Brentwood, Nolensville, Franklin, and surrounding communities within our service area.
